Biography
I am Julia Lilley Osende, a National Team sprint Canoeist. I have been competing in Canoeing since I was 8 years old. At 15, I competed at my first international regatta in Szeged, Hungary at the Olympic Hopes where I won 2 gold and 2 bronze medals.

My main achievements this year have been defending my title at Junior Worlds and becoming a 2xWorld Champion in the event C2 500m and being awarded the top female Athlete by Nova Scotia's Support4Sports organization.

My ultimate athletic dream is to represent Canada at the Olympic Games. My short term goal is to represent Canada at the Pan Am Olympic qualifiers this coming year in Chile.
Between my studies at Dalhousie in a Bachelor of Computer Science and being a full time athlete, I am always on the move. Your contribution would allow me to focus more of my time on training, allowing me to reach my athletic goals.
