Biografia
Hi there!
My name is Arianna Santiago, and I'm a 17-year-old American archer living and training in Bremerton, Washington. I have been shooting for the past 6 years, and have been competing with an Olympic Recurve for the past 3. By the end of this 2018 season, I will be have competed in 6 different national-level tournaments, and will also have gone to the World Field Championships in Italy as a part of Team USA!!! My long-term athletic dream is to represent the USA by competing in World Cups, World Championships, and the 2020 and/or 2024 Olympic Games.
When I'm not training, you can find me doing a number of "normal" teenager things. I enjoy photography, hand lettering and watercolor painting, bullet journaling, and spending time with my family exploring the world. I will be a high school junior this fall, and have teen leadership positions in both my 4H club and in my American Heritage Girls troop, where I just wrapped up the process of earning the Stars and Stripes award (our "pinnacle" award) with a 400+ hour community service project. The oldest of 3 girls, I also sing in our church's Youth Choir, and am very active in our youth group programs.
In the spirit of promoting independence and responsibility, my parents believe I should purchase my own equipment, and earn money to pay for lessons and tournament fees. Your contribution would help me to fulfill that, and give me more time to train and work towards my goals.
