Biografia
I am Tehya Stephens, a competitive cheerleader from Green Brook, NJ. I have been competing in cheerleading since I was 12 years old and cheering in general since I was 5. Over the past 9 years, I have competed in multiple competitions at the state level and once at the national level. Before that, I was a competitive gymnast for 7 years.
My main achievements have been an undefeated 2019-2020 cheer season. I have also had the opportunity to represent with my pop warner team, the Watchung Hills Wolverines in Orlando this past December.
My long-term athletic dream is earn a cheerleading scholarship to help pay for college. In the short term, however, I hope to compete at the highest level possible before college.
Between my studies, a part-time job dog-sitting, and being a full-time athlete, I am always on the move. Your contribution would allow me to focus more of my time on training, allowing me to reach my athletic goals and help me convince my parents that all of the burden of tuition won’t be on them.
