Biography
I have been competing at a professional level in Alpine Skiing for the last 3 years. As a member of Great Britain's Europa Cup and Senior team, my greatest achievements have to include making my World Cup debut in Flachau ,2013, and World Championships debut in Beaver Creek 2015 only 11 weeks after breaking my back in a training crash last November! I also won my first ever continental cup title in 2014 and last season was the British Slalom and Giant Slalom junior and senior Champion.
I started Alpine Skiing when I was 3 years old because my loving father pushed me down a hill on a golfcourse in the Scottish Highlands, and the only option was to stay standing. Not only this, but I have had a dream since the age of 7. That dream is to win an Olympic Alpine medal for Great Britain.
Along the way, I have won a number of British Championship titles, as well as becoming the first British girl to win an International Childrens FIS race in Andorra 2008. This has all built me up to where I am today. My main goal now is to compete at the World Championships 2017 in St.Moritz, Switzerland and the Winter Olympic Games 2018 in Pyeongchang , Korea.
For the season ahead I am aiming to give all those Europeans a run for their money, and break into the top 100 in the world!
