Biography
My name is Arnika Matko Juvancic and I am coming from Slovenia. I am a dancer. Currently I am studying In Holland at Codarts University - Bachelor Of Dance, to become a professional modern dancer. Dancing has been my life since I was 6. I started as a competition dancer in International Dance Organisation, where I competed for eleven years. I competed in modern ballet and show dance and became a solo world champion for 6 times. As I matured a little and achieved everything I always wanted as a competition dancer, I no longer wanted my art and dance to be judged or compared, so I retired from competing. I decided to set a new goal and turn into more artistic world where I am now. I am now on the right path to become what I have always dreamed of. What I want in my life is to train, perform and travel. I want to inspire people, and present what my art is about. I want to make people feel what I feel, when I step on the stage and feel like this place is mine, and no one can take it away from me. It feels like home. It is the art of presenting your identity; it is who I am and where I belong.
