I started working out 3 y ago at a weight of 105 kg
and no goals what so ever.
I started running in the winter of 2013-2014 at work where we have a training
group every Wednesday lunch.
Later in spring 2014 I started biking to work every
day and a coworker told med that I should participate in a bike race in Göteborg
(Göteborgsgirot 70km) and I did and started to love road biking.
After this a friend introduced me to triathlon and with borrowed gear from
friends I started training for my first sprint triathlon
For
the moment I run training groups at work.
Core training class once a week in our corporate gym and
running groups two days a week during lunch hour.
During fall I will start another training class and hopefully be accepted as an
indoor bike instructor at one of the gyms where I do my bike sessions during
winter.
