Biography
Hi supporters,
my name is Marie Muller. I am from Luxembourg. 29 years old and I am doing Judo.
Judo is my absolute love and passion.
Since 2009 I got the chance to do it in a full time way, what allows me to travel and represent my country on the tatamis of the world.
With the possibility to just focusing on Judo I managed it to participated at two Olympic Games.
2008 in Beijing, where I reached the 9th place and 2012 in London, where with more experience and 4 hard working years later, I finished 5th after an even fight just by the decision of the referees.
A special honor at these successful Games was that my country showed so much trust in me, that they picked me as their flag bearer. It was one of the most amazing an unforgettable moments in my life!
Unfortunately until now I had not an easy sports career as I often had bad luck with injuries. It is always hard to see your rivals becoming more strong while you are suffering out of an injury. Nevertheless until now I had a successful career and it always makes me stronger and even more willing to come back in the top of the world ranking. A lot of people say that I am like "tumbler toy". Never letting myself down!
