Biography
4 years ago I was exploring the world, paddling rivers far away from artificial whitewater courses of Canoe Slalom. This September I have created the impossible by qualifying for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. The first athlete since 2008!
I’m extremely proud that my hard work is paying off and that I have the opportunity to represent The Netherlands in Tokyo.
This journey is not over yet. To compete un-compromised at the Olympic Games requires 5 training camps to prepare the best I can and be in the change to bring home a medal!
