Here your are, looking to know me better :
- I'm an elite obstacle course racer (OCR)
- Living in Montréal since 2006 and born in France
- Male, 26 years old, 6'3'' (1m90), 180lbs (80kg)
- 50 races : from 5K to 50K and survival run 12 hours
- Qualified for the Spartan World champioship 2015
Beyond my performance during competitions, it is my attitute before, after and between competitions that define who I am.
One of my passion is to inspire and educate people about Fitness, that's why I do appearance on TV, Radio, Newspapers about Obstacle Race Training and general fitness as well as giving conference on that specific topic. Here you will see me giving some tips in my youtube video
I also became a regular editor and podcaster for the biggest OCR web magasine : 3-seconds.com
I am also co-owner of one of the largest company specialized in obstacle race training : Extra Entrainement and I'm in partnership with many Obstacle Race compagny such as Spartan Race Canada and many more.
