Biography
I have been competing for 16 years now. I started at Ottewell Junior High, then progressed to McNally Composite High School. After competing High School I began to train with the University of Alberta, and have been training and competing there ever since.
Some of my recent accomplishments include:
2015 & 2014 World Team Trials Champion (61 kg), 2016, 2015 & 2014 CIS National Champion (68, 61 & 61 kg), 2016, 2015 & 2014 CIS Wrestler of the Year, 2016 Senior National Champion (65 kg, Olympic Weight Class).
The international events I have been able to compete at over the last three years have helped me progress so much. Last year was partially funded through Makeachamp.com, hopefully I can get some support to help me continue to improve and perform.
I want to represent Canada at the Olympics and the international experience I have gained has been valuable beyond belief. Although I need more competitions to get to this level.
