Biography
Mon nom est Tristan Lépine-Lacroix et je suis un membre des Hiboux de Montréal. J'ai commencé à jouer au hockey sonore à l'age de 15 ans et j'ai immédiatement tombé amoureux de ce sport lorsque j'ai découvert que des handicapés visuels peuvent jouer au hockey avec une rondelle spéciale.
Comme vous pouvez le voir, le hockey est une de mes passions, l'autre étant le goalball, Maintenant, laissez moi vous parler de mon rêve:
Ma première saison avec les Hiboux de Montréal a été il y a un an. J'ai eu l'opportunité de jouer au hockey sonore à diverses occasion à Montréal, Toronto et Vancouver. Malheureusement lors de ces évènements, je me suis rendu compte qu'il est difficile d'avoir une bonne rondelle pour des gens aveugles!
Je joue au hockey sonore une fois par semaine et espère un jour faire parti d'une éventuelle équipe paralympique canadienne de hockey sonore!
J'espère un jour avoir une meilleure rondelle!
My name is Tristan Lépine-Lacroix and I am a member of the Hiboux de Montréal. I started Blind Hockey at the age of 15 and I immediately fell in love with it when I discovered that visually impaired people can play hockey with a special puck.
As you can see, hockey is one of my passion, the other being goalball. Now let me tell you my dream:
My first season on the Hiboux de Montréal Team was one years ago. I have had the opportunity to compete against some of the best athletes in this sport in various blind hockey events in Montreal, Toronto andr Vancouver. Unfortunately, along the way I encountered the difficulty to have a good hockey puck for blind people!
I play once a week and I hope one day to join an eventual Canadian paralympic team of blind hockey.
I hope one day to have a better puck.
