Biography
I have been competing in Shotput for the last 10 years as a Master Athlete. I am a member of SAMA (South African Masters Athletics) and compete for SWD as my province.
I represented my country (South Africa) in 2016 winning the Silver Medal at the WMAC (World Masters Athletics Championships, Perth 2016 in Australia. I won my National Championship in 2019 and I am currently the SWD M40/45/50 Shotput record holder.
All this allowed me to arrive where I am today. My main goal now is to break the SA (South African M50 Shotput record and to Medal at the 2022 WMAC (World Masters Athletics Championships) Tampere, Finland.
