LINDZI NADER
About Lindzi Nader
My journey with athleticism began at the age of 9! My love for sports launched with my career as a professional swimmer. Though swimming played a crucial role in my development, I always felt as though there was something missing. Through experimentation of various sports, I found myself heavily connected with cycling and running as well. This ultimately led to my path as a professional triathlete.
My passion for the three sports didn’t stop or end solely with the integration of all of them. When I recognized that an improvement in one was an improvement in all, I devoted my energy to multisport activities such as duathlons and aquathlons.
In additional to my personal athletic career, I also possess a master’s in architecture constantly looking for ways to integrate my skillsets. Women in sports, especially in the Arab world, is a hurdle on its own that I tackle daily. What inspires me to strive for excellence is that I’m carving the path and supplementing hope to future generations.
Athletic Performance Achievements
- 2015 – 2022 = National Lebanese Triathlon Champion (F)
- 2021 = IRONMAN 70.3 Turkey - 42nd place by Gender & 9th place in F 25-29
- 2022 = IRONMAN 70.3 Dubai - 26th place by Gender & 4th place in F 25-29

About Ali-Zoobi
I embarked on my sports journey as a young professional football player. As a result of certain injuries, the prospects of continuing and succeeding in this career were low. I wasn’t going to allow these obstacles to stop me when I knew what I was destined to be. I went on to utilizing my endurance and speed to explore other athletic careers since I knew the athletic life was my calling.
Being the closest to my previous career, I first took a professional approach to running. As time passed, I was inspired and encouraged to take on swimming. Though my journey with swimming was rough, I pushed through my barriers of technique. The last but certainly not the least sport I tackled was cycling. The combination of all three sports led to passion and love for triathlons.
Besides my personal athletic career, I am also a fellow veteran and father of three. My kids are why I do what I do. I’m just trying to be the best inspiration I can for them and future generations to show them that anything is possible if one just puts in the hard work and dedication.

- 2015 – 2022 = 7-time National Lebanese Triathlon Champion (M)
- 2019 = IRONMAN 70.3 Bahrain - 27th place by Gender & 5th place in M 30-34
- 2021 = IRONMAN 70.3 Turkey - 48th plane by Gender & 11th place in M 30-34
- 2022 = IRONMAAN 70.3 Dubai - 33rd place by Gender & 3rd place in M 35-39
