Hello Friends,
I hope you enjoy my story! I started on an amazing health journey 6 years ago to change my life after my father passed away from many health complications. Since then, I have completely transformed who I am physically and mentally. During this journey, I had many struggles with compulsive training, eating disorders, and body dysmorphia to the point that I was very unhealthy. Luckily, with friends and family, I was able to move past that and now use this to help others!
I have recently become passionate about helping coach others and truly enjoy seeing the rewards! Also, I have fallen in love with triathlon and endurance events. I have completed many triathlons, including 4 full Ironman events. If you are not familiar, this race consists of a 2.4-mile swim, followed by a 112-mile bike ride, and wrapped up with a full 26.2-mile marathon. These challenges keep me mentally and physically strong!
I am reaching out to you all to assist with the cost of racing as it is not sustainable for me to bear this cost and take away enjoyment of other things from my family. I plan to race one full Ironman a year and a few other smaller races. I have also gotten into trail racing this year and am excited for that journey as well! Thank you for reading my story and hopefully donating a little something to help my journey
