Biographie
I am Jordan Mckenzie, a American Powerlifter, based in Tampa, Florida. I have been competing in Powerlifting since I was 18 years old. Over the past two years, I have competed in the 3rd and 4th Annual Central Florida Open Powerlifting Championships in Orlando, Florida through USAPL.
My main achievements have been breaking the American Deadlift record in Teen 3, 75 kg weight class in 2014 where I pulled 545 lbs. In July of this year I broke the American Deadlift record, pulling 567 lbs, as well as the Overall Total record which is now 1,283 lbs in Teen 3, 74 kg weight class.
My long-term athletic dream is to compete in the IPF Classic World Championships in 2016. In the short term, however, I am competing at 2015 Raw Nationals where I hope to qualify for Worlds.
Between my studies in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition, a part-time job, and being a full-time athlete, I am always on the move. Your contribution would allow me to focus more of my time on training, allowing me to reach my athletic goals.
