TEAM LEGACY of Lost Legacy Systems Traditional MMA is an Extreme Martial Arts and Stunt Team located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL under the leadership of Master Instructor Shidoshi Jean Francois "Phoenix" Le Grand. We are a team of explosive and highly skilled martial artists, MMA fighters, actors and fight/stunt choreographers working tirelessly to become an internationally recognized and exceedingly sought out Team within the martial arts community and entertainment industry!
This includes but is absolutely not limited to extreme martial arts demonstrations, expos, MMA fighting, Comic Con cosplay, live performances, action film creation & production and philanthropic endeavors benefiting children and families...and MUCH, MUCH MORE!

*Shidoshi Jean Francois “Phoenix” Le Grand is the founder and creator of one of the most diverse Martial Arts systems combining multi-cultural combat systems, elements and concepts from African, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, American, Filipino, Thai and Russian fighting styles. His fusion of five ways of fighting – hands, feet, throwing, grappling and weaponry form into one effective, extreme and innovative Martial Arts fighting system known as LOST LEGACY TRADITIONAL MIXED MARTIAL ARTS, founded in 1998. Lost Legacy School of Mixed Martial Arts of South Florida, USA is the one of the most sought after systems, highly recognized for its realistic combat, high energy and explosive styles effective in any and all fight circumstances.
Shidoshi Le Grand is an 8th Dan/Degree Black Belt and Master under Tiger Jude’s 7 Styles Kung Fu with over 38+ years of experience in Martial Arts and 20+ years as a Master Instructor. Master Le Grand trained in the Arts under the tutelage of his uncles, 9th Dan Grand Master “Tiger” Paul Innocent and 10th Dan Grand Master Monk Dr. Jude Innocent, descendent of Grand Master Sifu Carter Wong.
