I have been competing in track and field since 1995 when I was 13 years old, and being a thrower has enriched my life in many ways. My greatest achievements as a track and field thrower have been becoming a DII All-American in the discus at the age of 30, and setting national records in the USATF W35-39 throws pentathlon and ultraweight pentathlon.
Since starting to compete in the Highland Games in 2017, I have won more than 50 competitions. Currently, my main goals are to defend my masters world championship title in Switzerland this summer and to continue to be (inter)nationally competitive on the open level.
