I have been competing in track and field since 1995 when I was 13 years old, and being a thrower has enriched my life in many ways. My greatest achievements as a track and field thrower have been becoming a DII All-American in the discus at the age of 30, and setting national records in the USATF W35-39 throws pentathlon and ultraweight pentathlon.
Since starting to compete in the Highland Games in 2017, I have won more than 20 competitions. My main goals now are to maintain my ranking in the top 10 women in the Highland Games in the USA, improve my finish at the women's world championships, and to win a masters world championship title.
