Hello Everyone!
My name is Steph Puddicome and I have been competing in Powerlifting since 2013. I have competed in both equipped and unequipped competitions, and have achieved National records in both the 47kg and 52kg weight classes. I have the opportunity to represent Team Canada for the second year in a row in Finland in June. I am ranked high on the competition nominations meaning I have a very good chance at bringing home medals for Team Canada again.

Best Competition Lifts:
Equipped: Squat 150kg (331 pounds), bench 77.5kg (171 pounds), deadlift 160kg (353 pounds)
Raw: Squat 136.5kg (300), Bench 65kg (143 pounds), deadlift 152.5kg (336 pounds)
Powerlifting Achievements:
2013 - Provincial champion - 52kg class & overall best female lifter (raw)
2013 - Gold medal: local meet (raw)
2014 - Canadian National Champion - 47kg class & overall best female lifter
2014 - Overall Bronze medalist at World Championships in South Africa. Gold medal in the squat, Gold medal in the deadlift.
2014 - Gold medal local meet & overall best female lifter (raw)
2014 - Eastern Canadian Champion 47kg class & overall best female lifter
2015 - Two time Canadian National Champion - 47kg/52kg class (gold medals both raw and equipped)
Currently I am ranked as the third highest classic female powerlifter in Canadian Powerlifting history with a wilks score of: 468.99. Equipped wilks (only having done one equipped meet) 516.
I want to continue Powerlifting & representing Canada for as long as I can and continue to be competitive at the World level at both equipped and unequipped lifting.
