Biography
My name is Ecaterina Guica, I am an athlete, currently member of Canada's national judo team. I started judo at the age of 5, when my dad first open his very own judo club. Ever since I can remember, Judo has been my biggest passion and even as a little kid, I have always been dreaming about the Olympic games. After 16 years in this sport; where 5 of them where spent training full-time at the national Center, and multiple injuries, I am finally closer than ever to reaching my dream and qualifying for next summer's Olympic Games in Rio.
