4 years ago, I gained about 75lbs of fat in only 7 months. I was eating fastfood 7 days a week, doing no sports and playing video games all day long. One day, I said myself it's enough. I began to workout at gym 3 days a week and discovered inline skating. More than a year ago, I discovered running. I was not even able to keep my pace for 3km, but I was confident and I decide to keep working hard. Today, I ran an 2 half-marathon in a year, I did almost 750K of running the last year and I keep training for the full marathon of Montreal 2014, and even for an Ironman 70.3 in 2015. 3 years ago, I was 196lbs, I'm now 155lbs. Sport changed my lifestyle only for the good. Keep working out and you'll see the result !
