Biografia
My name is Pascal Staeheli, and I have been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the last 6 years. I am currently a Blue Belt under Alberto Ferrer. I love jiu jitsu not just because of its great self defense aspects, but because it makes me feel alive. There is no greater form of meditation for me, than being forced to deal with a situation in the present moment and forget about our daily worries. I am married and a recent immigrant to the United States. I have trained on two continents, with some of the best grapplers out there.
