Biografia
I was born and raised in Fort McMurray, Alberta, where I first discovered cross-country skiing at the age of nine through the Ptarmigan Nordic Ski Club’s Jackrabbit program. What began as a childhood activity quickly grew into a passion. At sixteen, I was introduced to provincial-level racing, and from that moment I was hooked. I have always been driven by the desire to improve—to push my limits, chase progress, and see how far dedication and hard work can take me. That mindset has guided my journey as I have pursued skiing at the highest competitive levels in both Canada and the United States.
In 2022, I made the commitment to relocate to Canmore, Alberta, a national hub for Nordic skiing. This move allowed me to train daily alongside my high-performance teammates and coach, fully immersed in an elite and highly competitive environment. I am currently training and competing full time with the Rocky Mountain Racers High Performance Team, working toward my long-term goal of representing Canada on the international stage.
My competitive experience includes the 2016 Alberta Winter Games, the 2018 Arctic Winter Games representing Team Alberta North, three Western Canadian Championships—where I was named the 2022 Western Canadian Champion—and four National Championships, highlighted by a 5th-place finish in the 30 km event in 2023. I have also competed extensively in provincial races across Alberta, earning Aggregate Champion honours for three consecutive years, along with numerous national-level races throughout Canada and the United States.
