Biografia
I was born and raised in Fort McMurray AB. I started skiing with the Ptarmigan Nordic Ski Club at 9 years in their Jackrabbit program and quickly fell in love with it. At 16, I was introduced to racing at the provincial level and was hooked. There is something in me that doesn't like to settle, but always wants to improve, push myself, and breakthrough limits within myself. Since then, I have pursued skiing to the highest level in both Canada and the US.
In 2022, I made the decision to move to Canmore AB, a hot spot for Nordic Skiing in Canada. This allowed me to live in the same city as my high-performance team and coach. It has afforded me an amazing opportunity as I can be immersed in high level training and a competitive environment. I am currently training and competing full time with the Rocky Mountain Racers High Performance Team, pursuing my dream of representing Canada at the biggest competition on the International Stage.
I have competed in the 2016 Alberta Winter Games, 2018 Arctic Winter Games for Team Alberta North, 3 Western Canadian Championships, being named 2022 Western Canadian Champion, 4 National Championships, including a 5th place finish in the 30k in 2023, many provincial races across Alberta being named Aggregate Champion for three consecutive years and countless other national level races across Canada and the USA.
